An error has occurred with our service but Your data is safe. - Fix needed

I am unable to connect to Norton Family Online because I receive a Server is unavailable message when trying to access Norton family online through the website or using the update account after the program has been installed.  The clocks on all the computers are accurate and synced to the correct time.  I have tried on computers that have a fresh install of windows 7 and 10 with no luck.  Old Computers and new computers have the same problem.  The online site gives me this message now: "An error has occurred with our service but Your data is safe", but this has gone on for over a week.
