Cannot get past the error message: An error occured while receiving data from Norton Online Family. Please try later when trying to activated NSM. I am also getting a pop up window from Norton Family that tells me that Norton Family has updates for my computer. A restart is needed to install the updates. Clicked yes to install updates and restart but still getting the pop up window.
Very frustrated with this program. I have searched Norton Community and tried to use the solutions from other user that have had this problem but with no luck.
