I was receiving this after rebuilding my daughters computer today and found the following workaround posted here. http://community.norton.com/t5/Norton-Online-Family/Problems-installing-Safety-Minder-on-one-computer-other/td-p/190818/page/3 While I did have some disabled accounts (Windows 7 automatically disables administrator, and Guest accounts depending on the install,) but even enabling them did not resolve my problem. My issue was caused by the date being off. Date was at 2005 and once I changed it, rebooted, the install went along just fine. Just thought I’d post and let others know in case they have the problem as well.
