Hello Norton Community! I have a problem. My applications dont work and i have been bluescreened( with the Physical memory Dump Rundown message), My IE freezes and ive lost patience dealing with these issue(s). I believe i have a virus, ran norton, found nothing, can anyone help? Thanks in advance!

I would suggest you do nothing more - but wait and see what Quads (our resident virus/malware removal expert) has to say about your situation.
It may help if you post back with your Norton Product name (version # from Support About from main page), Operating system and SP# and specifically which Apps do not work.

Im running Windows 7 ultimate service pack one with Norton 360, i believe i have the 2012 edition but recently updated to the new one heres the info under properties: "Norton 360\Engine64\20.1.1.2\uiStub.exe" hope that helps? all my applications dont run, last time i tried. Hopefully Quads can help a novice once more if hes available, thanks in advance once more!

Are there any memory dump files (.dmp files) located in C:\Windows\memory.dmp or in C:\windows\minidump\
