Hallo,
nach Umstellung meiner Lizencen auf Norton 360 Premium.
Hier sollte für jedes Gerät Virenschutz + VPN möglich sein!
Bei Handy Android benötige ich 2 Lizencen um Virenschutz + VPN auf dem Handy zu haben!
Das kann doch nicht sein!?!?!!?
Im Play Store gibt es nur Norton mobil Security und Norton secure VPN ( Verlangen je eine Lizence zur installation )
=> In der Fernsehwerbung benutzt eine Person ein Handy und es wird behauptet volle Norton 360 Schutz ...
also auch mit VPN ( 1 Lizence ) => VPN wird extra betohnt !!!
Gibt es hier ein Trick beim Installieren oder ist die Werbung von Norton feherhaft!!!!!
Hat jemand eine Lösung????

SUPER - It worked.
1. Uninstall all apps that are in Norton 360 Premium. (Mobile security, VPN, password manager, cloud backup,
Child lock ...)
2. Release license in license management (Manage Licenses.)
3. Installation of Norton VPN
==> with registration at Norton for the licenses (free licenses will be assigned)
4. Installation of Norton Mobil Security
FINISHED !! Only one license needed.

1. Deinstallation aller Apps die in Norton 360 Premium sind. ( Mobile security, VPN, Passwort Manager, Cloud-Backup,
Kindersicherung ... )
2. Lizenz freigeben in Licensverwaltung ( Manage Licenses. )
3. Installation Norton VPN
==> mit Anmelden bei Norton für die Licens ( freie Licens wird zugeordnet )
4. Installation Norton Mobil Security
FERTIG !! Nur eine Licens benötigt.

This can not be!?!?!!?
The Play Store only has Norton mobile security and Norton secure VPN (each require a license to install)
=> In television advertising one person uses a cell phone and claims full Norton 360 protection ...
So also with VPN (1 license) => VPN is specially paid for !!!
Is there a trick here when installing or is Norton's advertising unsafe !!!!!

What has not been communicated is that you need to install and activate Norton Mobile Security app and the Norton Secure VPN app in the right order to only have one activation used up. You will need to uninstall both apps from your phone and restart your phone. Next, log into your Norton Account, click on the user icon at the top right of the screen, and click on My Subscriptions. Find your current 360 subscription and click on Manage Licenses. Find your mobile device listed there and click on the trash can beside all instances of that device. Next, from the Google Play Store app on your device, install the Norton Secure VPN app and activate it against your 360 subscription. Then install Norton Mobile Security and activate it against your 360 subscription.
This process should only use one activation on your 360 subscription for this device.
Was nicht mitgeteilt wurde, ist, dass Sie die Norton Mobile Security-App und die Norton Secure VPN-App in der richtigen Reihenfolge installieren und aktivieren müssen, damit nur eine Aktivierung verbraucht ist. Sie müssen beide Apps von Ihrem Telefon deinstallieren und neu starten. Melden Sie sich als Nächstes bei Ihrem Norton-Konto an, klicken Sie oben rechts auf dem Bildschirm auf das Benutzersymbol und dann auf Meine Abonnements. Suchen Sie Ihr aktuelles 360-Abonnement und klicken Sie auf Lizenzen verwalten. Suchen Sie Ihr dort aufgeführtes Mobilgerät und klicken Sie neben allen Instanzen dieses Geräts auf den Papierkorb. Installieren Sie anschließend in der Google Play Store-App auf Ihrem Gerät die Norton Secure VPN-App und aktivieren Sie sie für Ihr 360-Abonnement. Installieren Sie anschließend Norton Mobile Security und aktivieren Sie es für Ihr 360-Abonnement.
Dieser Vorgang sollte nur eine Aktivierung in Ihrem 360-Abonnement für dieses Gerät verwenden.
