Android phone cannot see printers any more

Issue abstract: android galaxy s21 cannot see printers now

Detailed description: i can see printers from laptop but not from phone. Epson support suspect norton firewall but i can’t see anywhere to turn it off

Product & version number: premium

OS details: android 14 6.1 ui version

What is the error message you are seeing? Printers are greyed out. Ive reset router and network settings

First, there is no firewall on the mobile versions of Norton 360, so that suggestion does not apply.

Did this just start happening? Have you been able to access your printer with Norton installed in the past?

Have you recently had an update to your Android OS?

Have you restarted your phone since you started having this issue?
