Issue abstract: The android phones are reporting “(Device) has spent all of their allowed time and has requested an extension for the rest of the day” first thing in the morning.
Detailed description: When my children get up for school and are about to head out to the bus, they are having to send a request for time extension every single day. Their time is showing as they have already used all their time for the day, even though the phone does not unlock through Norton until about 30 minutes prior to their leaving. They have 4 hours a day, and when I look, many of the days say they used 24 hours already at 6 in the morning. Not sure why this is happening, and it started a couple weeks ago. Prior to that, worked fine.
Product & version number: 7.9 (I think, its the most current version on app store, I validated that today and is from Aug 5, 2025).

What is the error message you are seeing? “(Device) has spent all of their allowed time and has requested an extension for the rest of the day”. At 5:30 am, when it unlocks at 5 am and has 4 hours a day.
