Norton Secure VPN as part of Norton 360 in android 13 hasn't connected for some time. Doesn't matter which wifi network I'm connected to, or how often I clear cache, reboot phone or reinstall the app. I'd like to get this fixed so I don't have to set up a separate dedicated VPN app.
The error message above appears when I try to select region, but as soon as I tap VPN from the Norton 360 home screen, a 'server error' message appears at the foot of the screen (and disappears before I can screenshot it). It hasn't worked for several months, and it doesn't look like it's even trying to connect before displaying 'server error'!

Tried the uninstall, reboot and reinstall and its connecting now. I think I must have skipped the reboot last time. Thanks for replying
What country are you in, and what VPN region are you trying to connect to?
When you reinstalled 360, did you uninstall the app, restart the phone, and then reinstall and test?
What device and Android version are you using? Can you think of any changes to your device around the time this issue started? ie and OS upgrade maybe?
