After happily using a free account for monitoring my kids' Android tablets for a year I decided to get a premium account so I can restrict/monitor time spent, monitor videos and app usage. None of those features appear to be working!
The time limit I set is not honoured and if I go to the Time tab on the web site it always shows 0.
Apps tab always says "No activity". The House Rules setting successfully lists all the apps installed on the tablet but if I select one to block I can still use it on the tablet.
The Video tab also shows "No activity".
Very disappointing since none of the extra features I paid for work. After searching this forum, it seems that some of these features were promised for Android years ago.
The tablets are running Android 4.4.2. Norton Family Client 3.3.0.18.
