Hello, I installed Norton's Family on my niece Samsung Galaxy 3 tablet for kids. When she views Youtube videos using the Youtube app on the tablet, no activity is being reported on Norton's Online web portal ... there's nothing listed on "Videos" tab either. Does Youtube monitoring work? I have set up conntent filtering in the Youtube app but it's not perfect and some questionable video content is still getting through. I know I can block the YouTube app in the house rules section but thats not the solution I am seeking. Any help appreciated.
