Thank you for replying. I'm not looking for help with an issue I had, but rather I'm trying to send a complaint e-mail to Norton about a recent experience I had using the chat line. Thank you

Thank you for your reply, but in my post I was asking where I could send an e-mail that I've already written? I do not wish to go through the chat line as that's part of the problem I'm trying to contact Norton about. I can't send an e-mail to a phone representative either. Thanks for your help
