Annoyed and now, I want a refund

I reformated my PC. I have the 1 license 360. I already found it really annoying with all of its popups. I managed to shut some down by playing in the registry. Now, I reinstall Norton and they tell me that I’m out of licences. What? It’s the SAME PC.

I speak to the HORRIBLE customer service who keeps transferring me to a place where I have to pay 68$$ CAD to speak to a tech. I don’t need a tech. I want a refund! I’m certainly not paying you 68$ for that. I went back to the chat several times and what this person tells me is ‘‘so sorry…transferring you to the place where they will ask for 68$’’.

This has got to be the worst antivirus company ever. I have a professional reason to try different anti-viruses and this was my first time with Norton. NEVER AGAIN and I will make sure that my readers know about all of this. I write for the grandma who isn’t tech savvy or for the college kid who doesn’t know much about computers. You can bet this antivirus is making my top 5 worst list. (And this isn’t a blog, before you do not give a crap!)

I had to call to speak to a human being that didn’t try to charge me 68$, but I got it done.
