Annoying check for subscription pop-up every month

Why Norton Internet Security (version 20.2.0.19) on my local network computer comes up to me with a message every month that I need to check my norton subscription (screenshot) ?scrsht1.png

 

This message comes up every month even though "Automatic LiveUpdate" is off (screenshot)scrsht2.png.

 

I must avoid connecting my local network computer connecting to the Internet every month for Norton Internet Security to check it's subscription status. I update antivirus definitions manually through downloaded files from Symantec website. can you please help with resolution. It's annoying!
