How do I get rid of the annoying daily pop up I'm getting about renewing my credit card info? I had automatic renewal but my credit card number changed due to someone stealing my old number and running up a bunch of charges. I updated my credit card information to add the new number. The expiration date for my new card is the same date as for my old card. The new card will expire before it is time to renew my software again. I don't have a new credit card expiration date and can't renew the date for that reason. I have been getting daily pop ups requesting that I update my credit information.
I have sent feedback requests, email requests, and tried to chat with somebody to get these EXTREMELY ANNOYING pop ups to stop but nothing has done any good. I went online and removed all credit card information and canceled the automatic renewal, but I'm still getting the pop ups.
What do I need to do to get these to stop--cancel my subscription and get a refund? I don't need nor do I want these daily pop ups. Please make them stop! NOW!
