For the past few months, I have been seeing a pop-up every time a website has a fill-in box (e.g. hotel or travel booking sites). It always appears immediately below the actual site fill in box as soon as I type the first letter. The fake pop-up box has a red x, a radio button for "site search" and a radio button for "web search". Immediately above the radio buttons is advertisting for a dating site or something else.
I thought Norton Internet Security was supposed to block adware and spyware. I'm going to try running some other adware software to see if I can get rid of whatever is causing this annoying pop-up.

As Dick mentioned, there are Free scanners you can use for a second opinion scan of your system. One that is highly recommended is Malwarebytes Free Scanner. Be sure and download the Free version and deny the trial offer.
