How can i make sure that Norton will NEVER EVER open a window on my screen. It also backfires against you. This morning this popped up on my laptop while i was making a presentation to 500 business people: “New Try our Norton Secure Browser”. It was so hilarious that i don’t think any of those people will ever even remotely consider buying your product.
Please Norton - could someone from Norton please explain what 'Special Offer Notification' option means, majority of PAYING subscribers have this turned OFF, why do we keep getting these subscribe to this, install that, why does 'Don't show me again' not work ?, we don't want these constant pop-ups. There are numerous threads covering this particular issue, none of which seem to have received a response from Norton.
Yes, but sometimes we have something more important to do and can’t always remember to click on this and that. Is there a way to simply make sure that it will never ever happen, without having to right click etc every single time? Honestly, i don’t want to see a window that says “New Try our Norton Secure Browser”. Regardless of what i’m doing, watching a movie or reading an email. Thanks.
Have you tried turning on Silent Mode while giving your presentations? Right click on the Norton icon in the system tray and click on Turn on Silent Mode.
