I blocked them with ublock, Then completely uninstalled due to forcing hijacker safe search

I’m totally fed up with these annoying popups. I don’t want them, I don’t need them, yet I can’t turn them off. I don’t want to be sold to like this, I have had 360 for a number of years, I know what I want from the Suite and what I don’t.

Turn them off, Norton, as I’m seriously thinking of moving away at my next renewal.

I find the Norton products the most user-aggressive, annoying, intrusive products of ANY I have ever used in my history of over 50 years in computing. Constantly harassing me, aggressively pushing me to buy vastly overpriced additional options that I have absolutely no use for!! It’s like being pursued down the street by a dodgy trader offering shabby goods out of a suitcase!!

I am still getting annoying pop-ups about ‘Norton Safe Search’ but on a refresh of the browser every time it comes up for it to disappear and to ignore.

I still get these pop-ups even though ‘Norton Safe Search’ has been removed from Google Chrome.

Nope, tried to use uBlock Origin to stop the pop-ups but nothing worked.

If also to remove ‘Norton Safe Web’ to stop pop-ups at all?

I have removed ‘Norton Safe Web’ from Chrome but that extension has refused to come back and now to install ‘Bitdefender Traffic Light’ as an extension into Chrome but Microsoft Edge isn’t affected by the bug. So, see how it goes with that ‘Green Check Marks’ ?

I hope for no more of that annoying Norton pop-ups and good riddance to that?
