Annoying Norton Sales Popups

I am subscribed to Norton 360 Deluxe yet I continue to get popups on my laptop in the bottom right hand corner asking me to take full advantage of my subscription, upgrade etc (sales promos).

How can I turn these off PERMANENTLY? I know to how turn silent for 1 day but that is annoying to have to reset it every time I logon.

Really Norton, please add a permanent off button for this annoying feature!

Thanks.  But it is already turned off.

Open device security.

Click on settings.

Click on administrative settings.

Scroll down to Special offer notification and turn off.
