Annoying Pop-Up Adds Starting Again v2

There was a thread with a similar title with the last post in August 2020, but for "some reason" it was closed without a real response. 

As the other post stated, I've been getting a lot of marketing pop-ups similar to what was described in the other thread.  The "No Thanks" does not stop them, just closes that pop-up. 

My settings are off for the Norton Specials and I reset, just in case.  But no luck.

I finally reached out to Norton Support (Chat) and was told that LifeLock (not Norton) was sending me a special offer.  And they have no control over those pop-ups and I have to call LifeLock...  Really?!?!?!   Do any of you have a separate installation for LifeLock?  Any settings you can find on your system for LifeLock?

I'd love to know how to remove LifeLock if it was installed by Norton as I do not use it nor do I want to.  If anyone has any suggestions short of switching A/V programs I'd love to hear them.

Next time it pops up I'll try to remember to grab one.  I usually just clear them the second I see it.
