Hello norton community. (This is my second thread due to my other thread being deleted saying "access denied" for some reason) I just need help removing a pop up that keeps appearing in my desktop. This pop up says that I need to upgrade norton antivirus to windows 10 but I uninstalled my norton product. I also used the "norton removal tool" to remove my entire product yet this popup keeps appearing every 20 mins or so. Is there anyway to remove this pop up? I inserted an image below:
