I'm wondering why I always get the drop down window (from Norton 360) attached after loging into my account on (High Sierra) Mac even when I select Block. I also get this window for modem.

I'm out. Not a Mac user. My question may have basic, but I had to ask.
I'll ask this thread be moved to the Mac forum board where more Mac users will see it.
Yes I have, every time. But when a Mac session times out and I go back to the login screen the window pops back up.
Have you clicked on "Always use this action for......" before clicking on block or allow?
