Annual to monthly auto renewal

I currently have my Norton renewal setup to an Annual one off payment. I want to keep the auto-renewal part of the payment but would like to change from One annual payment to Monthly payments. I've search through but can't find any information on the subject. I would be grateful for any assistance. My next annual auto renewal date is in November 2020.

I think the monthly payments may only be available if you have Norton combined with a LifeLock subscription. I just checked the US Norton site and when you look at the different product offerings, the stand alone Norton products list only Annual pricing. When you choose a product with LifeLock included, a monthly price is quoted.
