I am running Windows Vista on this computer.
My Norton Internet Security popped up this evening with the news that it had found Trojan.Zeroaccess!inf, Trojan.Zeroaccess!inf2 and Trojan.Zeroaccess.B in my system and quarantined it but that a "manual fix was needed" and gave me a link to follow.
The link recommended downloading Norton's FixZeroAccess which I tried but it didn't seem to do anything.
I also tried updating & running TDSSKiller which I used a few months ago, apparently successfully, to clean up a Redirect Virus, but it found nothing.
Then I tried downloading & running Norton Power Eraser - which reported nothing found.
After googling this virus, I am pretty concerned about it & am hoping that someone can help me exorcise it from my system!
TIA!
