Another user with a ZeroAccess Trojan

Hey everyone,

I am yet another user suffering from a Zeroaccess trojan infection.  I have a windows 7 pro 64 bit system (two internal hard drives; one external; one internal has my C OS partitian and my Recovery partition; I don't have a Windows boot CD; I do have a flash drive...not sure if any of that matters).

I get redirected from google searches and get pop up websites.  My Norton Internet Security keeps telling me it's blocking attacks, and when I run a system scan it finds the Zeroaccess.B trojan (it also found 2 viruses, which it said it resolved).  I ran the FixZeroAccess and the Eraser like Norton told me to.  FixZeroAccess always says there is no infection, and near as I can tell the Eraser didn't do anything.

Unfortunately, I didn't know about this site (found it this morning actually, very impressed by the volunteer work you guys do), so I admittedly tried to follow the generic directions on another site  (I realize by saying this I am probably precluding myself from getting help from Quads, but I don't want to waste anyone's time and I totally understand why those rules are in place).  I downloaded and ran MalwareBytes, which found and dealt with 5 trojans.  I also downloaded and ran Avast aswMBR, which found two infections.  When I did the "MBR fix" and then reran the scan, the infections are still there.

I've been doing all of this from Safe Mode or Safe Mode with Networking, and have been trying not to start up Normally, so I'm not sure if things have gotten a bit better or not.  Until the problem is totally fixed I've just been trying to keep the system running as minimally as possible.

So, what I want to know is a) despite having gone off half cocked on my own before I found you guys, can I get help from Quads?  If not (which, again, no hard feelings, I totally get why), b) does anyone have suggestions for my next steps?  I don't believe that this is a problem I am entitled to have fixed for free, so I am willing to pay, I just need suggestions of a reputable place to go.

Thanks everyone.  You're doing some awesome work!
