I am running Windows 11 with Outlook 2021. I have registered the addin for Norton. I am able to select what I identify as Spam and using the "This is Spam" button in the Norton outlook ribbon. It seems the anti spam is working 90% of the time moving these emails to the Spam folder, which is ok with me. There are some that don't get placed in the Spam folder. I decided to review the block list within Norton Antispam setting. I noticed, both the "Allowed List" and "Blocked List" are empty. Where does Norton keep email addresses to know what to allow and which to block? I am open for any suggestions.
