Anti-spam toolbar integration missing in outlook 2007 (vista X64)

since i got the 16.5 version through live update my anti-spam is missing from outlook 2007.

I've tried to disable it, reenable it, but no effect. restarted outlook a couple of times, even rebooting the pc doesn't work.

I can't get the toolbar integrated.

any suggestions?

weird program, that oulook, I looked at the wrong place. it was disabled, and running now. thanks
