I just purchased the Anti-Theft 3 license package, but when I try to install it on my laptop it never asked me for a product key, same thing on my cell phone, it never asked for the product key. My Norton account still says I have three unused licences for this product. It feels kind of silly having paid for a product when I can't even use the product key. Anyone have an idea why this is happening? Also, does the Anti-Theft only have the peek/locate/disable feature? I was under the impression that using the product key would also unlock the scream feature. Thanks!
