Answering your initial questions, is pink a scam? Not being able to see what you are suggesting I would say its most likely a browser issue. Nothing I have every seen from Norton has ever been “pink”.

Great, good news indeed and thanks for posting back. I would also clear ALL your browsers of its cookies and caches. Running a scan with Malwarebytes would also give you extra peace of mind, it focuses on things web related more to than Norton in general.
