Anti-Virus subscription not recognised

After some probelms with Anti-Virus I used the removal tool to remove all Nrton products and reinstalled them from the CD. I’m using SystemWorks 2004 on XP (SP 3). However although it all worked fine LiveUpdates for Anti-Virus will not work as it says my subscription has expired, but I renewed in Jan this year and have the e-mail confirmation. How can ensure the program knows I have renewed the subscription - I see no option to enter a license/key or product code manually.
