I made the mistake of updating NIS when a popup asked me to. According to About, it's now version 18.5.0.125.
So now in Outlook, antispam isn't working. 2 icons are enabled: open antispam and this is spam. 2 icons are disabled: this is not spam and empty spam folder.
Spam normally goes to Junk E-Mail and it has 2 emails in it.
I have just noticed a Norton Antispam Folder beneath it. It's empty.
The empty spam folder icon normally empties the Junk Email folder. But it's disabled.
The this is not spam icon normally moves an email in the junk folder back to the inbox. But it's disabled.
The this is spam icon normally moves an email in the inbox to the junk folder. It is enabled, but when you click it, the email disappears completely.
I can move the 2 junk mails over to the inbox manually if I want. They are not disabled.
This could not have come at a worse time.
Can anyone help?
