Good morning, without notifying customers before they renew the product license, you have launched a new version of Norton 360 deluxe removing a fundamental function, antispam. I do not think what you have done is correct, but if you do not fix it by putting it back, know that in addition to me you will lose many Norton customers, you bought Avast, but you are definitely getting worse!
as you know:
Norton v24.x does not have Norton AntiSpam client integration

I disagree. In the meantime, I updated it because, as often happened, auto protect was disabled and therefore by uninstalling the old one automatically without being able to choose or prevent it, the new one was installed. A company can change, but I think it should notify its customers in time so that they can choose. Telephone support yesterday told me that they are evaluating and learning about the new product. I was very happy with Norton Antispam and from what I have read online, many others think the same. Think again and put it back. Those who want to install it, those who don’t want to, can’t. I think that the platform is even more flexible now.
I agree, I rely heavily on the Anti Spam Outlook plug in. If they don;t bring it back I will cancel my Norton Subscription.
It is just a system there is running in its client norton 360 may has it integratet ass a link but nothing more

“We have removed the Anti-Spam functionality because we weren’t able to provide the correct level of user experience we wanted.”
Anti-spam was working fine for me. I suggest the “correct level of user experience” is a product of end users. Norton made the wrong decision. And failure to notify the people who bought your product is a step backwards.
Suprise! automatic upgrade and poof no more Anti-Spam. I was told they are now charging for this feature (from support) “This is now available from Norton safe email which will cost you $19.99 for a year”. Well if that’s not a money grab I don’t know what is. 50Mullion users times $20. I will leave this product and never come back.

So your saying support lied to me about how to get my previously supported feature back as well in the $20 solution? What a Suprise. I saved the transcript from support…
Norton support session typo and all… "Let me inform you that we do have same feauture available in Norton safe email which will cost you $19.99 for a year . "
Well, consider the source.
