I just did the online upgrade from 2010 to 2011. Prior to this I often clicked on "This is Spam" while in my Favorite Folder "Unread Mail". Since the upgrade, the AntiSpam tool bar is grayed out in the "Unread Mail" folder; if I to go to the individual folder under All Mail Items, the AntiSpam tool bar is just fine an I can click the "This is Spam" and it works. This is a Vista Ultimate machine with 8GB ram, 2.4 Ghz quad core and this is in Outlook from Office Pro 2007. Everything is up to date. Why is the AntiSpam tool bar is grayed out in"Unread Mail" after the upgrade??
