For the past few weeks, my Windows clipboard has been getting cleared every time I start Microsoft Outlook. If I copy text from any other application BEFORE bringing up Outlook, then when I start Outlook, the clipboard has been cleared and I can't paste the text anywhere. If Outlook is already running when I copy the text, I don't have that problem.
I disabled all Outlook plug-ins and re-enabled them one at a time until I discovered that the problem is caused by the Norton AntiSpam Outlook Plugin. If that's disabled, the problem disappears.
I am running Windows XP Pro and Outlook 2007 (Office 2007).
