2 weeks ago I installed norton internet security 2011. I am using outlook express 6 on xp. NIS works fine for my email account. But for the other users on this computer (my wife and kids), every time they start outlook express they get the Norton antispam welcome screen. In the admin for NIS the welcome screen setting is OFF...but it makes no difference for the other users. Further, even though the help text on that screen says you can click "Don't shows this again"...there IS NO such checkbox on the welcome screen. How can this be fixed. It is extremely annoying. Several times this screen has actually locked up oe completely.
