I am setting up a new PC. I installed NIS (2012) and Outlook (2010) and there is no norton antispam toolbar in outlook.
When I review settings (NIS -> Network -> Message Protection -> Client integration) I see 4 possible clients (one of which is outlook) but all options are disabled (grayed out) and non-selectable.
I did an uninstall and a re-install to no avail. I called support but the idiot on the phone was not even familier with the antispam features of Norton and after stepping me through another re-install he gave up.
Note: I am using Google Apps Synch to keep my local mail synched with my gmail account.
Can anyone help me get my good old Anti-spam back?
