Norton Internet Security was reloaded recently after a problem with CPU usage of 99% due to ccSrvHst.exe - allegedly. Replying to incoming emails was then not possible at they were never closed in the MS Outlook Outbox Antispam was turned off and the PC rebooted with Antispam off and all outgoing emails are now sealed and are sent. Antispam now on and all is OK – does anyone know what caused the problem please.
