On July 27 I spent about 4 hours online with Norton virus experts cleaning my computer and re-loading 360 v2.  Less than a week later I am infected with Antivir XP08…rhccelj0e12r.  Once infected with this, I have lost ability to set or change desk top display.  360 evidently does not recognize it, or remove it.  I have manually removed it from my registry keys, and through control panel.  However, I am afraid fragments of it are still there as I still cannot change my display.  I have not been able to find a removal tool on line.  Any suggestions on how to remove it and get my computer back to the way it was after clean up, and prevent it from re-infecting?

Download and run Malwarebytes' anti Malware. Update the defs and run a full system scan with this, it should clear out a lot of the infection.

Let us know how it goes.
