I am running Norton AntiVirus 12.7 on Mac OS 10.8.5. Virus protection is disabled, and I receive the following error when I attempt to enable it: "AntiVirus Auto-Protect could not load the kernel extension."
I am instructed to run LiveUpdate or reinstall Norton AntiVirus and restart. I have done both. I continue to receive the same error message.
