Quick description of my problem: I loaded Norton AntiVirus (NAV) and was confirmed that my subscription was good for 365 days. It worked fine for a day or so. It is now gone -- NAV folder is there but "(empty)". Norton Internet Security (NIS) folder is there and full. NIS will not execute or uninstall. What is going on?
Background: I purchased license for NAV on 3 computers. Everything is fine with my first two computers. On my third computer, I accidentally downloaded NIS. I realized that when I attempted to put in my license code and was told it is only valid for NAV. After some difficulty, I uninstalled NIS using an unistall program from Norton. It's folder was completely gone. I then installed NAV and entered the code. It was accepted and I used it for a day or so. Now it is gone and it appears that NIS is re-installed. NIS will not execute or uninstall.
