Hey anybody,
I downloaded the NA for Mac 12 and 11.1 combo. I installed the 11.1 version on an iMac with OS 10.6 on it and I'm having the same problem. The install went fine but I keep getting the "subscription key needed" pop up. My Norton account says I still need to download and activate my product. I have a product key (not subscription key) and a serial number which do not work in the sub. key pop up. All of the Norton customer service links don't seem to work on my Mac or my PC at work, How convenient. Please help my subscription runs out soon. WRF
