After 178 false positives many quarantined items were deleted from the source archive. I'd much rather have a global option to move the entire archive to quarantine instead.
Restoring from quarantine for a previously archived file makes you put in a destination for the now extracted file. Getting the file back correctly into the original archive is probably unlikely if it has a specific path. Either way, I ended up with dozens of invalid installation archives including most of my Asus driver zips. If the entire archive would have been Quarantined then at least I could have simply restored the entire thing.
