What do you mean by full restart ?

I prefer to try some software first. I know some options but i want recommendation from a person with more knowledge from me.

That is after 30 mins of almost idle usage and happens in win 10 and win 7 even after fresh install.
If you think you may be infected, I would try one of the free virus removal sites we recommend, before trying anything yourself.
Pick one site, and stay with that expert until your system is declared clean.
