I have new laptop with window 7 64bit.
Originally it comes with norton internet security 2010 (30day trial version).
I fully cleaned it with all registry.
After that I installed symmantec antivirus (now 10.2.4.4000).
Sometimes it is very annoying me with this message:
'symmantec antivirus reports that it is turned off".
Even I tried to enable it in action center under control penal , it didn't work.
If I restart computer, then this message goes away.
I have no idea how to fix it.
