@Benutzer18 I have a test machine with this implemented, so far no update to version 24.xx . Please take note that using this suggestion is at your own risk.
Update: Regarding prevention of stopping LU from running, when it is clearly disabled in our Norton UI settings. I looked into the Windows Task Scheduler for entries to correlate with the previous two instances where LU ran during my test times overnight last night.
