I renewed about a week ago, losing about a week on my old subscription, and now have an email saying it has expired and I am without protection, probably refering to the old subscription as the program is running and subscription says 359 days remaining even after synching with Norton server but I’d like Norton to look at why the email headed “Expiration Notification: Your Norton Internet Security expired on 24-03-2012” says "You’re currently without Norton™ Internet Security. Please Renew Now " would have been sent in that case.
