(Im had to create an alternate ID just to post this question)
Im not receiving password reset emails even though I have *@symantec.com on my safe senders list and my exchange server isnt showing anything being discarded. Web site seems to indicate it accepted my email address as valid.
I was wondering if there is any known email notification outage or anything. Am I using the wrong suffix for my safe sender list?
FYI: The ID im trying to reset is preiner.
