Anyone ever seen this Ghost error? Norton Support was stumped, someone help!

Hi Everyone,

We have been getting a strange error in the Norton Ghost logs.  We requested help from Norton on a different issue (the event log not updating) and they remotely reinstalled the software to the latest version.  After doing so, this error has been occuring.  There support agent remotely connected and his initial answer was that it has to do with the "verify backup" option being checked and it means something else is reading from the drive at the same time.  They stated it's not a true error.  However, we ran a backup with the verify option off and it still throws the same error.  Right now we are waiting for an answer from a Norton supervisor.  We are very concerned as Norton Ghost is used to backup all of the companies data and we need to make sure we are getting reliable backups.  Here is the error that shows up in the log and in e-mail notifications.  For what it's worth, the program itself shows the job completed okay and we can restore a few files succesfully.  This happens on all of our backup jobs, which all go to different drives (differnt external drives on different nights).

Here is a copy of the error, notice the bold part please.
