I would like to let them know how unhelpful, rude, and extremely aggravating Norton support is.

 

If not the email address, does anyone know the format Symantec/Norton uses for their internal communication?

 

Or if their email addresses are not available, then what's the best physical address to send such a correspondence to.

Are you sure you were dealing with "real" Norton since we have had some reports here from users who were badly, rudely or dishonestly treated by people/organizations claiming to be "Norton Support" who were either third party companies doing independent support or actual scammers.
