App dashboard says Active Subscription my My Norton online says it expired?

Issue abstract: Mismatch between app and online accounts

Detailed description: When I open my Norton app on my MacBook it is all green and states active subscription but if I try to carry out any tasks that require me to go to the myNorton website it states that my subsrciption expired over a year ago??
