There was a brief security hole in our Web site, so we hired 6scan and another expert to go through everything and secure it. We have scanned it with everything possible, closed all holes, and also installed a firewall for additional protection.
Hello, the site is already added in my account and been evaluated. When trying to click the re-evaluate link, it is broken. You can find other examples here:
Yes, this is because Norton is the one blacklisting it. That's why I need Norton to review it again because I, along with 6scan.com and other security experts, have ensured it's clean for a couple of days now and all holes fixed. This is from the scan you just did:
"Blacklisted (8 Blacklists Checked): Indicates that a major security company (such as Google, McAfee, Norton, etc) is blocking access to your website for security reasons. Please see our recommendation below to fix this issue and restore your traffic."
You'll notice it even says "such as ... Norton" - Google is not blacklisting it. Neither is McAfee or others. It's just Norton that has pawmygosh blacklisted at this point.
Are you able to force a manual scan by Norton? The Sucuri alert is a result of Norton....
When you click the "blacklist status" link on that page, you'll see the following attachment. Norton is literally the only one that has it blacklisted...
This will remain in effect until Norton reviews it again. That's why I'm desperately trying to get it re-evaluated, but the request/appeal button in the norton account is not working.
